Indians 1, Red Sox 0
CLEVELAND — The Red Sox dropped to 0-6, their worst start in 66 years, when Asdrubal Cabrera squeezed home a run in the eighth, then the Indians trapped Darnell McDonald off second for the final out. David Ortiz drew a two-out walk and McDonald pinch-ran. J.D. Drew bounced a single off pitcher Chris Perez and the ball went to third baseman Adam Everett. McDonald rounded second and fell. Everett threw him out. "I was trying to make something happen and it didn't work out," McDonald said.
