Edwards cools off in desert
Carl Edwards said Friday that he's over his anger toward Kyle Busch for the accident that wrecked Edwards' car early in Sunday's Sprint Cup race at Phoenix. Edwards, who sat on the pole, fell to a 28th-place finish, and Busch went on to finish second. The two talked about the incident this week in Las Vegas, Edwards said. "I give him a lot of credit for coming over and talking to me, and I think we will be fine," Edwards said, adding that Busch claimed he tried several times to call Edwards during the week but had an old number. Busch has apologized repeatedly for causing the accident.
